We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Traveling to Cabo is a large ask so our goal is to have our wedding celebration feel like the ultimate vacation for our friends & family! That said, if you are able to attend please plan your travel according to what works best for you and your family.
We have included a few optional experiences in the mix but please know you are more than welcome to use that time to explore Cabo on your own. After all, this is your vacation too ;)
Wednesday, December 4th
Viceroy Pool Day | Optional
Welcome to Cabo!
For anyone who would like to shake off the long travel day with friends, we will be spending the late afternoon by the pool at Viceroy to kickoff the weekend festivities!
That evening is free to do as you wish! We recommend snagging dinner reservations at the Viceroy roof, one of our nearby favorites, or the stunning views on the Cabo San Lucas side of the Cape.

Thursday, December 5th
Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Cocktails | By Invitation
The day is free to explore at your leisure! You can plan to hang by the pool, enjoy the spa, explore the art district of downtown San Jose, check out a local brewery, or head to a Beach Club on the cape.
That evening, we will be hosting an intimate gathering of close friends and family for the rehearsal dinner with welcome cocktails for all to follow!

Transportation to the rehearsal dinner will be provided from the Viceroy hotel at 5:30pm or you are welcome to Uber.​
If you plan to arrive Thursday, please aim land by 2pm at the latest to ensure you have enough time to check in and travel to the celebration.
Friday, December 6th
Wedding Ceremony & Reception | By Invitation
Have a leisure start to your day or continue to check things off of your Cabo bucket list before the wedding celebrations kickoff around 4pm.
The ceremony and reception will be hosted at Acre Resort and round trip transportation will be provided for guests from the Viceroy hotel departing promptly at 4:00pm.

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm with dinner and dancing to follow into the night. Celebrations will end at 11pm. ​
Saturday, December 7th
Beach Club | Optional
Saturday is your day to rest, recharge, or explore Cabo however you choose!
From 1-5pm, we plan to kick back and enjoy the offerings at a nearby beach club and would love for anyone interested to join us!
We have secured a variety or day beds, cabanas and tables.​ **Light snacks and beverages will be provided for the first hour (1-2pm).​
​
For your last evening in Cabo, we recommend crossing another spot of our restaurant list with your partner or a group of buddies.
