Wednesday, 12/4
You made it to Cabo! Take the afternoon to get settled in, enjoy a marg by the pool, or explore as you wish!
Jake & Bailey will be with family this afternoon celebrating Lou's 3rd birthday and returning to the Viceroy around 3:30pm.
3:30 - 5pm | Viceroy Pool Hangs
Jake & Bailey will be posted up by the Viceroy pool (beach front) to welcome guests and kick off the weekend festivities.
6pm | Dinner is open to your choosing
Jake & Bailey will be having dinner with immediate family at Flora Farms, so dinner is free to do as you wish.
Grab reservations at the Viceroy rooftop restaurant for sunset, explore the fine dining on the Cape side of the peninsula or check out local favorites in downtown San Jose.

Thursday, 12/5
The day is free to explore Cabo, check out a beach bar, lounge by the pool, or hit the local shops. If you're feeling adventurous, we recommend grabbing a crew for a boat day!
5:30pm | Transportation
For those attending the rehearsal dinner, event transportation will be provided from the Viceroy at 5:30pm promptly. Please be dressed and ready in the lobby to depart.

If you would prefer to travel separately, ubers are available in Cabo.
6-9pm | Rehearsal Dinner at SAGE
Jake & Bailey will be hosting an intimate rehearsal dinner at SAGE (invite only) including cocktails, family style dining, and toasts to the happy couple.

9-10pm | Welcome Party at SAGE
Jake & Bailey will be hosting a Welcome Party for all guests at SAGE.

10pm | The night is yours to explore!
Jake & Bailey will be heading home shortly after the welcome party, but the rest of the evening is yours to explore downtown San Jose. There are a ton of bars, breweries and speak easies - have fun!​
Wedding Day
Friday, 12/6
The day is free to explore Cabo, check out a beach bar, lounge by the pool, or hit the local shops. You'll just need to be ready to go at 4:00pm.

Time to get these two married!
4:00pm | Transportation to Acre
Event transportation will be provided from the Viceroy at 4:00pm to Acre. Please be promptly dressed and ready in the lobby to depart.

If you would prefer to travel separately, ubers are available in Cabo.
4:30pm | Wedding Ceremony at Acre
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to be seated by 4:20pm.

5-6pm | Cocktail Hour
Spend an hour by pool mixing & mingling, enjoying specialty cocktails and light horderves, snap photos and leave a note for the happy couple.​
6-11pm | Dinner & Dancing
After first dances, we will sit for a family style dinner and final toasts of the weekend. From there, the night will be filled with dancing and celebrating!
11pm | Transportation to Viceroy
The wedding celebration will wrap promptly at 11pm and transportation will be provided back to the Viceroy for all attendees.

From there, you are free to head in or uber to town to continue the party!

Saturday, 12/7
The morning is yours to do as you please. Wake up early or sleep in late - it's your vacation! There will be an optional beach day at a local beach club or you can opt to take the full day to enjoy Cabo as you please.
1-5pm | Veleros Beach Club
For those interested, Jake & Bailey will be hosting a final celebration at Veleros Beach Club in San Jose Cabo.
​
From 1-2pm Drinks & Snacks will be provided.
After 2pm, food and beverages are available to order a la carte.
​
Roughly ~10-15min uber.
6pm | Dinner is open to your choosing
Jake & Bailey will be having dinner with their family tonight so dinner is free to do as you wish!
