bienvenido a cabo

We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Below we've included helpful tips and details surrounding travel to Cabo, transportation and accommodations. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

Arriving to Cabo

There are direct flights from most major US cities - including Charlotte and Atlanta. You will fly into San Jose Cabo (SJD). The airport is roughly 20 minutes from the hotels we recommend.

Once you know your travel dates, we recommend setting up flight alerts on google or Skyskanner (app) to monitor price changes.

Getting around Cabo

Airport Transportation: Ubers are very prevalent and easy to use in Cabo. That said, Ubers are not technically allowed to pick you up from the airport. You also may choose a Taxi or schedule a shuttle with your hotel. You are fine using Uber to return to the airport.

Event transportation will be provided from Viceroy for all scheduled events on Thursday & Friday evening. You may meet at Viceroy or choose to take Ubers if staying elsewhere. Details to follow.

If choosing to stay at an AirBnB or Vrbo, you may also wish to rent a car for grocery/further exploring. Many rental options are right outside of the airport.

Where to Stay

Where to Stay

We will be staying at the Viceroy Los Cabos and offering event transportation from the Viceroy to all events, but you are welcome to stay anywhere you please! Cabo offers a large range of hotel, villa, and private home rentals.

If you have questions about locations of a specific property, feel free to send our way and we can help guide you in the right direction!

Viceroy Los Cabos

We have secured a small room block at the Viceroy for Wednesday - Sunday.

Group Code: BDWEDD2024

If you wish to upgrade your room type or extend your stay, you can email your confirmation number to the reservations team and they will update your booking.

Hilton Vacation Club Cabo Azul Los Cabos

Located next door to Viceroy Los Cabos, Cabo Azul is another great option at a slightly more moderate rate.

Great amenities and a 7-minute walk from the Viceroy for transportation use.

Cabo San Jose Rentals

Cabo is known for it's amazing home rental options ranging from large group homes to villas and condos. This is a great option for groups or anyone that would like a bit more autonomy during their stay.

If choosing to stay at a home rental, we recommend staying in the Tourist Corridor/San Jose Cabo area for proximity to events and event transportation. If you choose to stay in Cabo San Lucas (which is also beautiful!) just note you will need to plan for additional travel time to and from events.

We have included a few rental options based on our dates below but please reach out if you have any specific questions about locations!

Once You're There

There will be evenings or afternoons without pre-planned events and we want to make sure you make the most of your time in Cabo! We've put together a list of a few of our favorite restaurants, bars and activities in the area.

Flora Farms

One of our absolute favorite San Jose restaurants (~10-15 min from Viceroy).

A 25-acre farm to table dining experience with seasonal menu and live music.

Cocina del Mar

If you're up for a bit of a drive, this is an absolute MUST visit!

Located in Cabo San Lucas (~25-30 min from Viceroy) at the Esperanza resort.

Most incredible food, views, and service. 10/10.

Sunset Monalisa

Also located on the San Lucas side of Cabo (~30 min from Viceroy), Sunset Monalisa is another amazing option for incredible food and views.

Good for small groups or romantic dining.

Sur Beach Club

Located in Cabo San Lucas (~30-40 min drive), Sur Cabo offers amazing food, drinks, with stunning views of the Cape rock formations.

10/10 recommend if you are interested in checking out the Cabo San Lucas area.

Boat Day

Cabo has endless boat rental options and they're all pretty incredible!

Thursday and Saturday are pretty free to explore so a boat outing could be a great option. If considering for Thursday, we recommend the early slot as evening festivities kick off at 6pm.

P.S. December is whale season in Cabo so it's likely you might get to see some friends up close and personal!
